Discover our insurance options to guarantee your peace of mind when renting our bikes.

We offer two levels of insurance to suit your needs.
The Zen and Zen+ plans provide the same coverage described below. With Zen+, you benefit from lower deductibles, for better protection in case of a claim.

Included coverage:

• Theft of the Bike
  Covers full theft of your bike due to assault or break-in
• Theft of the Battery
  Covers theft of the battery alone, once during the term
• Partial Theft                                                                
  Covers theft of a fixed component of the bike                      
• Vandalism
  Covers intentional damage to the bike caused by a third party
• Accidental Damage
  Covers accidental breakage, whether total or partial  
• 24/7 Roadside Assistance
  Covers continuation of your journey or return home in case of an incident, flat tire, or battery failure.

Main exclusions to the insurance policy:

1. No cover for thefts without break-in or assault
   
2. No cover for theft of a bike left outside private premises without being locked to a fixed point by the frame with an approved lock
   
3. No cover for theft of a bike without break-in to the private premises where it was parked
   
4. No cover for thefts occurring outside Île-de-France (outside France for folding bikes)
   
5. No cover for damage or theft of non-fixed accessories (helmet, panniers, seats, cushions, etc.)
   
6. No cover for wear-and-tear or maintenance parts (e.g. flat tires)
   

No cover for a second rider if they are not named in the initial rental contract for the same coverage as the main rider.
