Bike maintenance

A free service is scheduled after 3 months of bike use. It is optional except for frequent riders, for whom we make it mandatory once they reach 1,500 km or 6 months of subscription.

The service visit is a preventive maintenance check, which allows us to ensure the perfect safety of the bike and its user:

A 36-point safety and comfort check of the bike (including brakes and lights)

A check of the condition of the hardware and accessories

Repairs are necessary in the event of damage, breakdown, breakage, or accelerated wear and tear (outside of the inspection visit) to the bike. Only the first flat tire is covered free of charge by our service. Other repairs are billed to you according to a fixed price list and are paid by automatic debit from your subscriber account. During the rental period, please ensure that the bike is in good condition to avoid any penalties after it is returned. When you return the bike, a bike return certificate will be issued. Repairs due to normal wear and tear are covered by us, and damage, loss, and breakage due to premature or unusual wear and tear are your responsibility.
